Hall of Fame sections updated
TTCA National Specialty March 2008 -- 4 days of shows in
Syracuse, New York
Atisha was the winner of the Breeder's Cup, a relatively new
award at the specialty competition. Later at the specialty, Atisha's
Blazing Black Adder ("Rowan") was selected Best Stud Dog and Atisha's
Firebird in Paradise ("Eden II") was judged Best Brood Bitch.
Rowan also went Best of Opposite Sex on one of the days following the
specialty, beating out 15 champion males. Rowan now has 7
championship and 2 honorary titles: championships in US, Ireland, Germany,
Denmark, Croatia, Luxembourg, International, and honorary titles Euro Winner,
Celtic Winner.
At the TTCA Specialty, Atisha's Journey to Tripitaka
("Journey") was Winner's Bitch, as the best non-champion female, while
Atisha's Moet et Chandon ("Monet") won Reserve Winner's Dog.
Journey, who lives in Ireland with Sean and Cathy
Lydon, also won Winner's Bitch and Best of Winners one of the other days
and completed her American championship the following weekend. Journey
now has 4 championship and 2 honorary titles: championships in US,
Ireland, Croatia and International, in addition to being Celtic Winner and
"Euro Winner" and BOB at the 2007 Euro Winners Show in Zagreb.
Monet, who lives in France with Francois Teppaz Misson and
Lydie Estru, won Reserve Winners Dog on the third day of the
circuit, Winner's Dog and Best of Winners on the last day of the circuit
and competed his American championship. Monet now has 5 championship
titles: US, France, Switzerland, Luxembourg and International
A Rowan daughter -- "Katie" from the TiLaShu
Kennel in Germany won Winner's Bitch on the last day of the circuit and
completed her American championship. Katie also won the Open Bitch class
at the specialty. With her success, 4 Rowan children have completed their
American championships -- all born in Europe, in 2 different countries and out
of 3 different dams.
Other news Rowan's French daughter Lily Rose --
Sun Kosi Balanciaga Moon for Love -- out of Sun Kosi United Colors of
Love, completed her American championship in March 2008. Lily Rose was
2nd in the Open Bitch class at the TTCA Specialty, behind Rowan's other
daughter from the TiLa Shu kennel in Germany.

Puppies Section updated
TT World Congress 2007August 2007: Rowan
became an Irish champion by
winning all
four days (3 BOBs and 1 Green Star Dog) on the Munster
Circuit. Many
thanks to the international team of judges who gave Rowan the 7 "green
stars" to complete his title so quickly: (1) from
Ireland: S.
Kealy (Deise), Ned Burke (Bray), M. O'Gorman (Killarney); (2) from
England: Marion Spavin (Dundalk); (3) from France: Lydie Estru
(Clonmel)
and Roger Barenne (Tralee) and (4) from Spain: Martin Baskaran
(Limerick).
Thank you Sean and Cathy Lydon (Tripitaka) for his excellent
conditionning and
handling. Not to be outdone, Rowan's kennel
mate, Journey, was the
best bitch on three days and reserve the fourth, including BOB at

August 2007: At the
shows associated
with the Tibetan
Terrier World Congress, Atisha's Eternal Flame (Phoenix) was second in
the very
competitive open class with his owner Millie Pentland (Sturtmoor).  Phoenix
July 2007:
Rowan won his first CC in
England at the
Leed Championship show under Tibetan Terrier "breed specialist"
Gillian Marley (Marlea). He then went on to win Group 4 under
well known
English judge, Roy Metcalfe, who told Marley during group judging that
it was a
"joy" to examine Rowan. At the Bournemouth show a couple of
weeks later, Journey was awarded a reserve CC under Glen Davies of
Waterley
Tibetans. This was Journey's 3rd recserve CC.  Rowan
June 2007:
Atisha's Journey to Tripitaka
("Journey") and Atisha's Blazing Black Adder ("Rowan) were
awarded BOB and Best Male at the Euro Winners Show in Zagreb, Croatia
under the
famous international "all rounder" Paul Stanton of Sweden.
Both
dogs also received Croatian championship titles. (Journey

April 2007: Rowan went
BOB and Group 3 at the
Luxembourg International Show. The breed judge was Lisbeth
Mach
(CH-Switzerland) and the Group judge was F. Cochetti (Italy). On same
day, Monet went CAC-R.CACIB.  Rowan

Adder Rowan
was awarded Best of Breed and a Group 3 at the Luxembourg International
Show on April 1. His win in Luxembourg earned him his
Luxembourg championship and his International
championship. Rowan is also a US, German and Danish
champion. Rowan was handled by Cathy Lydon of
Tripitaka Tibetans and currently lives with Cathy and Sean
in Dublin, Ireland. Watch for Rowan in Ireland,
England and on the continent, as Sean attempts to amass as many titles
on his dogs (and kilometers on his minivan) as is humanly
possible!! Thanks Sean and Cathy for
